Guinness is a stout that is brewed at the St James's Gate Brewery in Dublin, Ireland. The stout is made from water, barley malt, hops and brewers yeast. Part of the barley is roasted to give Guinness its dark ruby colour. The thick creamy head comes from the Nitrogen that is added during the serving process.
