Is VAT included in the price?

Yes all prices quoted include VAT.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship our products to most countries. But we are unable to ship to some due to a higher rate of fraud. If you are unsure then please contact us and we will confirm if we can ship to your country.

Can I pay in my currency?

Yes. Simply fill in your details and your credit/debit card company will convert the price into pounds for you at the current exchange rate. They may or may not add a small charge for doing so.

Does buying from you affect my statutory rights?

No your statutory rights are not affected. Either party's failure to exercise or enforce any term of, or any right arising pursuant to this agreement does not constitute and shall not be construed as a waiver of such term or right. These terms of business shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

What if I have a complaint?

We are committed to providing the best possible customer service. Every effort is made to ensure that your shopping experience with us is efficient and professional. However, there may be times when things go wrong. If you have received damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, waited too long, or are dissatisfied with any other aspect of the service you have received from us or any aspect of our website, then please let us know. You can email us any time and we will reply within 24 hours Monday to Friday and will try our very best to resolve the problem wherever possible within 7 days. Your complaint will be dealt with sympathetically and confidentially. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are also protected by our returns policy.

Can I visit Retro Clobber?

No Retro Clobber is exclusive to the internet. This helps us to keep our costs down and keep our stock exclusive. If enough customers request it, we may open a high street store for you.

Do you make the T shirts you sell?

No. We buy our T-shirts from professional manufacturers. Our T-shirts are very high quality and prints are made from high quality transfers and silk screens. We can not make our own shirts because we do not own the rights to the characters. We buy the T-shirts from the trade mark holders who do own the rights to the characters.

Will you contact me if the shirt I want becomes available?

Of course!! Just send an email to tshirt@retroclobber.co.uk and tell us which shirt you want. Please put the name and size of the shirt you want in the subject line of the email. We'll do our very best to find the T shirt of your choice and get back to you. This also applies to our current range of sizes. If we don't stock your size then email us and we'll try to get your size.
