All orders received before 3pm from Monday to Friday are processed and despatched on the same day.

All UK orders are despatched free of charge by First Class Royal Mail as standard. These orders usually arrive within 1-2 days but are not guaranteed.
If you spend more than £50 or £75 then we will automaticaly upgrade you free of charge to recorded delivery or guaranteed next day delivery.

** All UK orders over £75 are sent by Guaranteed Next Day Delivery **

Customers who take advantage of our priority despatch service are guaranteed that the order is despatched at the next available postal collection.
This service does not guarantee next day delivery, but it is despatched as First Class Recorded Delivery and will require a signature. This service provides a quick despatch and safe delivery option.

This service by the Royal Mail allows customers to receive their order by 1pm the next day! All orders must be received by 3pm Monday to Friday to guarantee delivery by 1pm the following day.
Any orders received after 3pm will be despatched the following working day. Please note that on delivery this service requires a signature.

We offer an international service for all customers that are not in the UK. These orders are despatched by Air Mail.
All orders over £50 are sent using the 'signed for' service that Royal Mail offers and ensures that they have the extra security of requiring a signature when it is delivered.

These orders are sent by Air Mail and may be subject to import duty which is the responsibility of the customer.
